WINDSHIELD REPAIR ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily purchasing a windshield repair service for my vehicle.

I understand and agree that windshield repair is intended to improve the structural integrity of a damaged windshield and may help prevent further spreading of existing damage. However, I understand that windshield repair does not guarantee the complete restoration, removal, or improvement of the cosmetic appearance of chips, cracks, stars, bullseyes, or other windshield damage.

I acknowledge that due to the nature of damaged glass, existing chips, cracks, and other defects may spread, worsen, or become more visible during the repair process or at any time thereafter, despite the exercise of reasonable care and industry-standard repair procedures.

I understand and agree that the Company makes no warranty or guarantee that:

1. The damage will become less visible;
2. Additional cracking will not occur during or after repair
3. The windshield will not require replacement in the future

I expressly acknowledge and accept the risk that the windshield may crack further, develop additional damage, or require complete replacement during or after the repair service. I agree that the Company shall not be responsible for, nor liable for, the cost of replacing the windshield or for any related expenses arising from the spreading, worsening, or reappearance of existing damage.

By authorizing this repair, I assume all risks associated with the condition of the windshield before, during, and after the repair service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, hold harmless, and forever discharge StarLight Windshield, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

(a) the condition of the windshield prior to repair;
(b) the repair process itself;
(c) any spreading, worsening, or visibility of existing damage; and
(d) any need for future windshield repair or replacement.
